By accessing or using our platform or program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our services.

You affirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. If underage, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to participate.

2. Services

Our services include running training programs, nutritional guidance, and strength training. These are provided primarily in ebook format, but in some cases may also be delivered through platforms such as Everfit.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and current information when signing up.

  • Keep your login credentials secure.

  • Complete any relevant documentation honestly and fully.

  • Follow the program to the best of your ability, understanding individual results may vary.

4. Payment and Billing

  • Payment must be made before accessing our services.

  • We offer upfront payment options as well as subscription models.

  • Payment may be processed through Everfit or directly via our website.

  • Subscriptions may be billed weekly or fortnightly as specified at time of purchase.

  • For subscription customers:

    • You may pause your plan for up to 21 days for injury or other valid reasons.

    • You may cancel early in cases of serious injury or mental health concerns, with suitable documentation (e.g. from a GP, physio, psychologist).

  • All past payments are non-refundable, regardless of payment method.

  • Upfront purchases (e.g. ebooks) are final and non-refundable once delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

All content—ebooks, training plans, videos, and resources—are the intellectual property of The Runner’s Blueprint. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

Our programs are for general information only and not a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult with a qualified health professional before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program.
Participation comes with inherent risks (e.g. muscle soreness, injury), which we aim to minimise, but cannot eliminate. By using our services, you accept these risks.

7. Waiver

We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from participation in our services, training programs, or use of our content.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service to anyone at any time, especially in cases of policy violation, abusive behaviour, or safety concerns.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment or material breach of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription with 4 weeks notice.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email, with changes taking effect no earlier than 5 business days after notice. Users who disagree may cancel future access or subscriptions.
